What a great book! It is definitely a page turner. There were no clues as to who did it and left the me as the reader on my toes. Guessing and being completely wrong. Kudos to the Author Marie F. Martin.

The fertile mind of Marie Martin is at it again with her new book Blame the Car Ride. Where does she come up with these story ideas and characters. Loved those characters. This cozy mystery starts out kinda mild and humorous and then "BANG" somebody dies! Clues lead the main character Corinne to believe it was not an accident. Then "BANG" someone else is murdered and a house is set on fire. You will have to read this entertaining book to learn how Corinne and the police unravel it all.

The characters were well defined. It kept me guessing until the very end. I had no trouble feeling the frustration of Corinne Cooper of being the accused. Well written who dun it. I highly recommend this book.

I have loved all of Marie's books. Although fictional, I enjoy connecting the dots of places mentioned in her books to places I know in the Flathead.

I most liked the budding romances woven into this suspense-filled story. Martin's main characters always have a bit of sass added to their sensibly genuine qualities.

lame the Car Ride
By: Marie F. Martin

This is my first read from this author. There are many things happening in this book. There are friendships, family relationships, murder, and much much more. The reader will be kept in suspense the whole way. I liked this well enough to try Marie F. Martin's other books.

I borrowed this book from Kindle Unlimited.
